A new webReader extension in Brightspace increases ReadSpeaker presence within the LMS’s learning environment

ReadSpeaker is thrilled to announce the release of a deeper integration within the Brightspace extension framework.

With this new integration, institutions using Brightspace can take advantage of ReadSpeaker’s powerful text-to-speech technology in a way that is quicker to implement, easier to configure, and simpler to oversee across the organization.

In addition, this new integration extends ReadSpeaker’s webReader presence to  previously unsupported areas within the Brightspace learning environment.

Not to be confused with a browser extension, this new functionality natively supports Brightspace within the LMS’s extension framework.

Previously, configuring ReadSpeaker webReader within Brightspace required multiple steps and close coordination between technical teams. With the new extension, schools and universities can get up and running in less time.

Administrators will find the updated integration far more intuitive, reducing both the technical lift and the need for ongoing support.
